Lottery Trivia Challenge #1

When lottery jackpots begin to climb, more and more people are tempted to buy a ticket. Tonight's Mega Millions jackpot is set at $88 million, and tomorrow's Powerball is nearly twice as large, $170 million.

To help entertain the winning hopefuls (us included), we decided to begin a Lottery Trivia Challenge.

Today's multi-part question is:

• Has any US State(s) ever been a member of both Mega Millions and Powerball? (Yes or No)
• If Yes: Which one (or ones)? And when?
